Nudity In Dreams
Dreaming that we are completely or partially naked is very common. Nudity symbolizes a variety of things depending on our real life situation. Dream about nudity is often a reflection of our vulnerability or shamefulness. We may be hiding something and are afraid that others can nevertheless see right through us. Metaphorically clothes are a means of concealment. With clothes, we can hide our identity or be someone else. But without them, everything is hanging out for all to see. We are left without any defenses. The dream may tell us that we are trying to be something that we really are not. Or that we are fearful of being ridiculed and disgraced.

Around the first day of school, I had this dream:
I'm in my school's gym, but its walls are light green (instead of tan, like they are in real life), and I'm with a boy who i think likes me whom i don't like back, and in real life he looks like to be about 3 or 4 years younger than me (and he looks the same way in the dream). I see a couple of classmates in the background, sitting down on the bleachers. Suddenly, I'm in a little unamed shop, with all my clothes on. Suddenly, all my clothes disappear, and I'm naked! And there was a male classmate of mine in the shop with me! but i was the only one who noticed my nakedness, so i hid behind shelves and the other things that held the items being sold there. my classmate keeps circling around the same thing i'm hiding behind, and i kept moving out of his way, so he never found out i was in the shop with him, let alone know that i was naked. so, i was the only one in the dream who knew about my nakedness. suddenly, im back in my school's gym with the same people in it at the beginning of the dream, i get my clothes back, and everything goes back to normal. what does this dream mean?

i often dream that i am naked, but usually am not uncomfortable with it. like in my dream, i could be sitting naked in class, and often either do not realize it, and when i do, im just like "oops" and try to find a blanket to cover up with or something. or i could be laying on the side of a road with only a towel on, not feeling any embarrasment at all. now, this is all dreams im talking about btw, lol.
so what does it mean to be naked in dreams but not feel completely embarassed or not at all?
Anonymous, your naked dreams show extreme self consciousness about other people seeing you. Your naked dreams uncover that you enjoy being on view and like people to look at you. Therefore being undressed in dream and not feeling embarrassment at all signifies the pleasure in letting someone else see how attractive and perhaps desirable you are.
